    The Player Conduct Agreement outlines the standards and expectations for athlete behavior, effort, sportsmanship, coachability, and representing B4 Academy both on and off the court.

  • Parent Conduct

    The Parent Conduct Agreement outlines the standards and expectations for parent behavior, communication, sportsmanship, and support throughout the B4 Academy volleyball season.

  • Liability Release

    The Liability Release outlines the risks associated with participation and acknowledges the release of B4 Academy from liability for injuries or incidents that may occur during practices, games, tournaments, training sessions, or other program activities.

  • Payment Contract

    The Payment Contract outlines the financial commitment, payment schedule, and responsibilities associated with participation in the B4 Academy volleyball program.
